INTERIM HR MANAGEMENT · FRANCE

Hands-on HR leadership when the timing matters.

Temporary executive ownership for rapid growth, an HR leadership gap, acquisition integration, reorganisation or high-stakes employee relations.

WHEN IT HELPS

A temporary gap should not become an operating risk.

SCALE

Rapid growth and thresholds

Prepare 50-employee obligations, multi-site governance and manager routines before growth becomes disruption.

INTEGRATE

Acquisition or reorganisation

Align inherited practices, sequence CSE information and consultation, and turn group decisions into a workable French plan.

RESTORE CONTROL

Vacancy, tension or system change

Cover an HR leadership gap, stabilise employee relations, coordinate payroll or HRIS transition, and deliver audit or due-diligence remediation.

DELIVERY DISCIPLINE

Stabilise. Decide. Deliver. Transfer.

  1. 01

    Stabilise

Secure deadlines, people risks, payroll inputs and urgent employee relations.

  2. 02

    Decide

Give management explicit options, costs, safeguards and owners.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Run the agreed plan with a short, evidence-based reporting cadence.

  4. 04

    Transfer

Hand over documents, open points, controls and know-how to the permanent owner.

WHO IT IS FOR

Temporary senior capacity for a material operating need.

French subsidiaries and operations of international groups, especially those employing approximately 80 to 250 people in France. Larger or multi-site operations are also a strong fit when the mandate requires intensive temporary leadership.

The interim leader takes temporary operational ownership, secures French decisions, coordinates management, the CSE and specialist providers, then hands over a stable organisation to the permanent owner.

This is distinct from the per-employee monthly subscription: the mandate is built around an outcome, authority, deliverables and a planned handover.

A TIME-BOUND SOLUTION

Define the result before defining the days.

Indicative reference rate: €1,300 excl. VAT per day. The proposal fixes the duration, rhythm, deliverables, travel, authority, handover and any special conditions.
