Terms of use.

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to monrhamoi.fr, which presents the activities and services of monRH@moi, a trading name of SALCIFI. The website currently has no user account or client portal. Viewing the website or submitting an enquiry does not form an HR-services contract. An engagement begins only when the parties accept a quotation and the applicable contractual terms.

2. Permitted use

Users must not interfere with the website, its security or its content, attempt unauthorised access, or use forms for unlawful, malicious or irrelevant material. Public forms must not contain sensitive information or detailed information about an identifiable employee. Use the secure channel agreed for an HR engagement.

3. General information only

Website content is general information and may change. It does not replace a review of the relevant facts, applicable collective agreement or current law. Deliverables, timeframes and prices are exclusively those stated in the accepted quotation and contractual documents.

4. Availability

monRH@moi uses reasonable means to maintain access but does not guarantee continuity. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, correction or circumstances outside its control.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, monRH@moi-created content and distinctive signs are protected. Substantial reproduction, adaptation, extraction or reuse requires prior written permission, subject to legal exceptions and third-party licences.

6. Official sources and external content

Links to official French or foreign sources are provided to help readers verify the controlling rule. Their availability, completeness and language depend on the source. A label such as “official page in French” identifies a language limitation; browser translation may help but does not replace the original.

7. Third-party services

monRH@moi does not control the availability, content or practices of third-party websites. A third-party service capable of setting a non-essential tracker must not be activated without the choice required by the Cookie Policy.

9. Professional terms

The French professional terms are supplied with each initial quotation before acceptance. An English convenience translation is also available. Unless the accepted quotation expressly provides otherwise, the French contractual version prevails if wording differs.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by French law. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
